My daughter Alisha wanted a strawberry-shaped cake for her birthday, and the cake Trudi kindly made for us was an immaculate piece of art which also tasted great. I was touched to see the intricate details on the cake which prove that Trudi puts her heart and soul into her work and that makes her cakes even more special.
